Our Methodology
As with most retail consultants, our approach begins with a project evaluation and an analysis of the needs of the company. From our analysis we identify your needs, outline the options available to accomplish your goals and help determine the best solution. 

Once the path is determined, we build a team. Based on the project scope, we evaluate our resources and select a team that will achieve the project goals and will match the temperament of the company. When our team is selected we meet with your team to introduce the individual players and establish a cohesive project group.  

Finally we develop a clearly formulated implementation plan, which serves as the development framework and guidelines for the project. The project plan includes timelines, additional resources, project phases, and participants. The plan is also structured so that the company is self-sufficient at the conclusion of the project.
